Hobbies not only relieve stress but help you connect and socialize. There are so many activities that you can participate into including feet walking clubs, book reading clubs, hiking, bird-watching, exploring historic places etc. Painting, writing, sketching etc have proven to be stress relievers. Further, you should always eat right amount of food. Here, the food that is low in sugar quantity, low in carbohydrates, has moderate proportion of fats and rich in protein is the best one. Junk food is very popular but should be avoided because of being high in calories and low in protein. Among fruits, papaya, mango, apples, plums and pears should be preferred. Sleeping eight hours a day is must.
The adrenal glands are situated above the kidney. The adrenaline produced in our bodies helps us to cope up with the stress. Since these are over stimulated, it is not possible for them to function effectively and efficiently, as they used to do it before. Which is the reason why, people who are suffering this fatigue, have hard time to do things in a usual manner. Since glands are continuously producing hormones to meet need to cope up with the continuous stress, there is a hardly a time to recover. No physical illness appears to be with the person who has adrenal fatigue, but inside he feels exhausted and tired. When glands have reduced their capacity, it becomes hard for a person to get out of bed at all.
